I don't think it has.

Whenever I'm stuck with a question like this, I love to ask other
vendors what their opinion is. Here's what that other vendor that
starts with J thinks:

ipexpert@Juniper1# set protocols ospf area 0 interface lo0.0 interface-type ?
Possible completions:
  nbma                 Nonbroadcast multiaccess
  p2mp                 Point-to-multipoint NBMA
  p2p                  Point-to-point

It looks like they don't have p2mpnbma as an option there :-)

Please note that Cisco also has a special LOOP network type, used by
the loopback interfaces by default.
