Marko,  Thankyou for your response.
However, it is a myth that a real forum negates being able to recieve all forum
posts via email.

The competition have solid forums:

        * Every post via email can be emailed -- for the desired catagories or
threads.

        * Best part, one does not need to parse all of  the posts in a thread
one-by-one -- in order to read a long thread (archived or new)
This last one is the pain in the butt.  IPexpert threads can only be viewed one
post at a time.

BTW,  I will bet that I am a much much older old-timer.
I definitely remember the pre-commercial-Internet days of BBS's with WWW
backdoors, PINE email, 300baud modems (1200? 56K? WOW), and the good old USENET
which served its purpose well  (usenet/BBS's >>Deja.com>>bought by Google).
Always evolving the front-end.

Cisco even understands the benefit of a real forum  vs  clunky usenet type
posts in the archive.

Please Please, reconsider the idea of an IPexpert Forum.
I can promise you, that we can get every post emailed to you (out of the box).

Mark,

We don't have one at the time. We were contemplating the idea, but us
old-timers for some reason prefer e-mail :-)
