I anticipate a 10 to 20% change. Nothing drastic. The primary change will be the change in the cloud - the removal of frame relay. Keep studying - it's good to have the knowledge on topics that may be removed anyway. Also, don't be frustrated about the timeline yet. I think Cisco will give a 6-month notification before the lab changes. In the 15 years I've been in this industry I've never heard of a lab changing without a 6-month notice. I doubt they would start now. From what I hear, they don't even have a solid virtual switch.
