Good day everyone, I have a question that is silly for most of you, but somehow it is bothering me and i want to sort it out.
What i know about MST and Rapid-pvst is: - with MST several VLANs can be mapped to one STP instance. - with Rapid-pvst there is an STP instance for each VLAN. When requested to configure STP in a way that each vlan must have a separate STP instance, shall I use the command "spanning-tree mode rapid" or shall I enter the MST configuration mode and create an instance for each vlan ( instance 1 vlan x , instance 2 vlan y...)
