Often times on a firewall, QoS, or access-list task you will see something like
"allow voice traffic to do this" or "prioritize voice traffic", "make sure
H.323 traffic gets this" or anything along those lines. Sometimes I see "match
protocol h323", sometimes "match protocol rtp rtcp", sometimes an ACL matching
UDP ports 16384 - 32767.

Are there any quick explanations for the right times to use which matching
methods? I have zero experience with VoIP so I'm clueless how these fit
together.
