Thanks Bob. I navigated to that link yesterday while trying to complete a task
and looked at the items listed in table 1 and the items in table 2 and made an
assumption that they should be matched up according to the listed order.  When
checking the proposed solution later I had one value in the wrong location.
 
Requirement was to use delay, load and bandwidth:
My solution: metric weights 0 1 0 1 1 0
Proposed solution: metric weights 0 1 1 1 0 0

I have run into issues with this topic before, so it may just be that I am
missing something obvious
