Please correct me if I am wrong and complete what I missed
All tie-breaking STP decisions are based on the following sequence of four
conditions in order to reach the root bridge:
1.Lowest root bridge ID --> Bridge priority, default is 32768
2.Lowest root path cost to root bridge --> Path cost, default is 128
3.Lowest sender bridge ID -->
4.Lowest sender port ID --> Fa0/1 and Fa0/2, then Fa0/1 is elected
