Hi! I think you cant reach "simply" the unregistrered branch phones (registered to SRST routers) with 4 digit dialing. This is solved in later CM versions (like 4.2) with adding phone parameter "call forward not registered". In Cm 4.1 you may use a translation pattern (with partition). Zsolt
