I have a 7835 with CCM and IPCC Express co-res. I just have the server, POE 
switch and 3 phones. 
 
When I do anything on the phones that uses the IP Phone Agent service, I get 
really slow response time. Such as, changing state, ready, not ready, logout. 
The phone says 'redirecting' at the bottom as I try to do this.
 
It's one LAN. No routing. I'm using the IP address on the service.
 
Any clues? I know I've run into this in the field several years ago, but I 
can't remember what fixed it.
