Last night I was labbing on the IPExpert Workbook
Section 22 where one of the tasks was to setup TEHO
for HQ to user BR1 and vice versa. I got this working
pretty easily and was all happy and moved on to the
later sections. One of the later sections was to
setup AAR, I setup the AAR groups with the "91" prefix
addition and once I changed the location bandwidth to
23Kbps to simulate network congestion my phone would
read "Network Congestion, Rerouting" but I would get
the fast busy.

If I would increase the location bandwidth and dial
the same number AAR should have been using (617521XXXX
- Ext. Number Mask for BR1 Phn 1) it would route to
BR1 and the call would work fine. Should I have used
a more specific dial-pattern (for instance 617521200X)
and route it out the HQ gateway?

Also, shouldn't a lack of bandwidth "disqualify" BR1
as an "available" gateway in the Route List and
therefore use HQ? Thanks.
