Im attempting to set up an auto attendant in unity.

 

E.g

 

A user dials 300. This is handled on call manager by a route point with
the DN of 300

 

It is set up to forward to Unity where a call handler will re route that
call depending upon what menu selection they enter....

 

1)       how would this handle multiple calls (can the route point
handle multiple people calling at the same time or would they receive
busy signal...

2)       is there a link on how to set up call manager and unity for
auto attendant (I know there is a good link for just call manager

 

 

Any help in working through my muddled mind is appreciated
