The scenario is:
if someone dials 2000 in CCM , the user hear greetings and then forwarded to
siteb phone1.
AFAIK, we can do it in two ways:
1. Add dummy phone# , call-fwd-all to Unity

2. add a CTI_RP 2000>>> Create a "Call routing rule" to catch DNIS2000>>
>>>>send to call handler for greeting >> then
in call handler (not the subscriber one)
