In proxy mode, I have all 4 icons (e.g. assistant, filter, DND and divert all), in shared mode I only have the bell icon for DND. Also, when I login to the IPMA service in shared mode, I don't get the filter options. If I login the manager web page or Assistant Console, there aren't any options to configure filters. Is this the expected behavior? If so, I'm struggling to see the benefit of IPMA in shared line mode.
