Hi, I am trying to configure attendant console as follows: acpilot extension:1550 username: ac members: 1003, 1004 (which are dns for 2 ip blue phones) I device associate pilot, and phones 1003 and 1004 with ac username When I launch attendant console application, I am prompted to enter certain details as follows: attendant console server: 10.5.200.20 (ip address of sub) directory number: Here I am not sure what to put: Is it 1550 or one of the IP blue numbers:1003 or 1004? When I enter username and password (ac and its password), I get a message: Invalid username Any idea why it is not working? Thanks, AH
