[OSL | CCIE_Voice] NTP IN CUCM

Hello Team,
 
Is there any good procedure to setup NTP in CUCM because I tried the one
where you change the ntp.conf file and restart the NTP service but
doesn't seem to work for me.
 
This is what my ntp.conf file look like:
 
server 142.707.64.254
