Hi, I lost badly in JTAPI troubleshooting in ipcc, only thing I can say is jtapi status is partial service and I cannot see anything added to trace when I call triger number. e.g. 1700.
So I even donnow how to start troubleshooting for Jtapi problems. any help would be appreciated. Jeremy
