Does Multicast MoH works during SRST only? I mean "local multicast"... For
example, question says "send multicast MoH to both phones, HQ and SiteB in
G711, however multicast MoH should never cross WAN".

An extra bit of information:
1) Checked and found that this feature does not work when H.323 GW is defined
as "Non-gatekeeper controlled ICT". Only genuine H.323 GW (from CCM
point-of-view) receives MOH from flash.

1)

2) user GRE tunnels between site routers and enable multicast on GRE tunnel
intrefaces/run multicast over GRE. GRE outer header is unicast so technically
multicast never traverses the WAN then.
