I'm trying to get an ATA to run the SIP load.It's running the SCCP image now. I'm trying the manual method with the following command line on my PC
ata186us -d2 -any2 ata18x-v2-16-1-030709a.zup I dial the 100#xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx*8000# on the phone and see the transfer start on my PC. After a moment the phone announces "Upgrade failed". Am I missing a step? Thanks in advance. Scott
