I believe someone already answered your question why this isn't working, but wanted to put this info out there. IPexpert will give you a discount code you can use to purchase IPBlue. If I remember correctly, it is 25% off. I did this several months ago and the cost after discount was about $75. If you are going to be using PL racks a lot, I would reccomend going ahead and purchasing it. Also works nice for running multiple instances of IPblue for your own lab if you have to access your equipment remotely.
