I had a lab session today and ran into a few major issues.

1. I attempted to use ip blue for all of my phones and experienced the
following issues:

a. When no loopback adapters were enabled, it worked fine

b. If I enable a loopback adapter, the program crashes when I go to
settings to make changes

2. After uninstalling IP Blue, rebooting, and attempting to vpn back into
the lab, I was only able to connect to those devices that did not use dns (i.e.
6500 and ccm).

3. I did not get any dns resolution. In addition, after working with the
support guys at proctor labs, they gave me the ip address of the terminal
server for the routers, and I was unable to connect to it via ip address as
well. The vpn profile I used was downloaded from the proctorlabs session. I'm
not sure how to post the configs on it, please ask for what you might want with
regards to that.

Also, is there a config available to use an ASA5505 to connect to the lab?
