Hi, when defining VPIM subscribers in unity, and giving them an extension (example '3001') you can blind-address them by dialing that extension 3001. Unity recognizes this subscriber is in the remote location and sends the VPIM message.
However, when I try to do this in CUE - define a remote user at HQ (say with extension 1001), I cannot blind-address it directly using that extension 1001. I need to prefix that number with the remote location ID. Is there no way in CUE to have the same functionality as in Unity - if not, what's the use of the VPIM user in CUE if you need to know each remote location ID ? regards, Juan
