Hi Mark, I'm not connected now, this actually occured last week. If you have time I can connect to troubleshoot anytime after 5:30 EST. If you can't tonight, this is not urgent. But I would like to be able to get resolved by Saturday so I can get some lab work in over the weekend.

I also loaded final LabA config but still unable to ping/connect to UCM (but from hq-rtr I was able to ping UCM). Any guidance is appreciated. I want to get started on labs and use my phones at home.
