[OSL | CCIE_Voice] PSTN Router Config

I'm working on the newly posted v3 labs and I noticed that the two
translation profiles 110 and 111, and translation rule 1 are missing from
the PSTN configuration.  They are referenced on the voice-ports but not in
the configuration.
