Hello All, I was having a session yesterday with ver 2.0 of the voice proctor lab. After integrating the br1 gateway to the callmanager, the sh ccm-manager shows the gateway is registered to the two callmangers but on the call manager, it was showing unknown Any one with anh idea of what could be the problem?
