Hello, whenever i restore the CUE to factory default and try to configure again , i get this message when specifying the NTP server. NTP has been properly configred there is no firewall(firewall is off) I could not reach 10.9.200.3 using NTP. If 10.9.200.3 really is an NTP server, then there may be a firewall blocking NTP packets. NTP uses UDP port 123. Any ideas on how to solve this? thanks
