In the CallManager, go into the gateway PRI port and click "reset".

Then telnet or console into the gateway and issue the global
configuration command "no mgcp".  Wait 5-10 seconds and then type
"mgcp".

Follow the procedure whenever you need to reset the MGCP gateway in
the lab.  You want to do both steps.
