Hi, I have MRGL of unicast MOH assigned to GK trunk
w/MTP it's not working. phones have same MRGL. nothing fancy here in the path, so why it wouldn't work ? Also donnow if it's related or not but, I have a very strange issue on calls from HQ to BR2 , when put calls on hold from HQ, number changes to "external number ,unknown" and when unhold calls caller ID changes from original of 11 digit to 4 digit, I asked before this issue but nobody seems has any idea. (more strange when run debug ephone detail, issue of unknown number would be solved ,however when debug finishs, issue come backs again!!
