Unfortunately just this morning I had the same issue (and it was working fine
when i installed it yesterday). I am just in the middle of re-building my VM
and installing UCCX again. I couldn't see (or the shutdown timer didn't give
me enough time to troubleshoot) any other way of getting around this other than
a re-install,

Running UCCX 7.0 I faced this error. II stop system from shutting down by
"shutdown -a" but when start the service again, it will appear in few seconds.
"uccx node manager terminated unexpectedly by NT authority\system. "
Any body faced this be4?
