how many times do you let the phone ring before you answer. I have a vcon pri
simulator and a vcon pri\pstn simulator

I notice that if I answer the call (PSTN Phone) before the 3 ring the call drop
when answer. If I answer after 3 rings it connects just fine and I can
transfer back etc

Respectfully Charles George

I would be willing to bet that the error is in your outgoing voip dial-peer
from the H323 GW to the CUCM.

Can you send the portion of your IOS config relative to MVA?
(e.g. Incoming POTS DP, Outgoing H323 VoIP DP)

Cheers,

Hi all,

I've got a problem on Mobile Voice Access, when calling from the remote
destination mobile number, MVA answers but it doesn't recognize the ANI and ask
for the remote destination number, then punch in the remote destination digits
then #, then after a while like around 7 secs, the call will drop itself. But
if I put in an invalid remote destination number, the IVR will say this is not
a valid remote destination number and ask for input again, but if I put in the
correct remote destination digits again, the call will drop.
I double check my config and it looks good to me. Just wonder base on the above
symptoms, where should be the issue? And how to troubleshoot MVA? which log
will have the trace?

Thanks
