You can't do calling number transformation on the RP if you are using
"local route group" AND the requirement is let say 10 digit ANI for HQ
and 7 digit ANI for BR1 for 911 pattern.

Other than that you should be good use calling number transformation on
RP

OK, so let's say I have to send 7 digits for local, 10 digits for LD
and stuff the + in for International...

What is stopping me from doing all of my calling party transformations
on the Route Pattern for that site?

Or are we using the calling party transformation patterns just in case
the above is specifically excluded?
