You can't do calling number transformation on the RP if you are using "local route group" AND the requirement is let say 10 digit ANI for HQ and 7 digit ANI for BR1 for 911 pattern.
Other than that you should be good use calling number transformation on RP -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Jonathan Charles Sent: Sunday, 30 August 2009 3:20 PM To: [email protected] Subject: [OSL | CCIE_Voice] Why not do transformations on the RP? OK, so let's say I have to send 7 digits for local, 10 digits for LD and stuff the + in for International... What is stopping me from doing all of my calling party transformations on the Route Pattern for that site? Or are we using the calling party transformation patterns just in case the above is specifically excluded?
