You need "mwi sip sub-notify" in CUE config
ccn subsystem sip
gateway address "10.10.20.1"
mwi sip sub-notify
end subsystem
remove unsolicited at the end of mwi-server command as well

Subject: [OSL | CCIE_Voice] MWI while in SRST mode troubles.
Can anyone give me some troubleshooting tips on why my phone can't
receive MWI notifications from the CUE while in SRST mode.
I have the CUE working in normal mode. I can hit the messages button and
get right into VM while in SRST. I can dial the extension from one of
the other branches and be directed to voicemail.
I have mwi relay in the fallback config.
I have the command:
sip-ua
mwi-server ipv4:10.0.202.3 expires 3600 port 5060 transport udp
unsolicited
when I start the UCM service, the light comes on.
Also a bit unusual, I see no transcoder sessions at any time in the
router, but I can access the vm even over at g729 call. So, transcoder
is working somewhere.
