The value for MLP is 13 and for frame it is 4. You don't need to worry about FRF.12 because voice packets will not be fragmented if FRF is correctly configured and will also have the normal frame header of 4 instead of the FRF 8 byte header. So the 2 values to remember are 4 and 13 for your layer 2 headers.

In lab 3 the L2 overhead is stated to be 11 bytes. From what guide or document is this derived? As it goes on to state in lab 3 the SRND specifies 13 bytes for MLP and this is what I would be expecting. Am I missing something in regards to how this overhead was calculated?
