You are not licensed for VPIM. Unfortunately, it's about $700 - $1000. I would strongly urge you not to get this grey market at a GREAT price. You still have to type the PAK in the Cisco license server. Hate to have that come back - "Already registered" or not found, etc.
So Proctorlabs, etc would be the way to go to practice that. You can try the Cisco demo licenses. Last time I checked a couple months ago, they were not including a VPIM license.
