Dear All, can anyone help me configure vg202
i've configure vg202 with protocol mgcp vg202 is work fine in the headquarter, but problem when is in the remote site. the configuration is the same. then i change to sccp, but the problem still occur still the same. problem is some, the vg cannot accept call from outside pstn, but some cannot fax to outside, but work ok in the vg in the headquarter, configuration is the same. is there any configuration must be added when vg connect to the WAN with 5 hop for example? or should i change with the protocol h323? any suggesstion?
