So we came to the conclusion after I confirmed the same behavior. Does IP Communicator support globalization / localization? CUPC does. SRND doesn't say anything about IP Communicator.
Did one of the IPExpert Volume 1 labs say anything about this and they stated to use your own hardware phones?
