Navigate through the following: (since you can’t search the website) Products Voice and Unified Communications IP Telephony Call Control Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager) General Information Release Notes Release Notes for Cisco Unified Communications Manager Release 7.0(1) In that document, scroll down to the section “Restoring Deleted Enterprise Cisco Unified IP Phone Services” to find the section on restoring the Voicemail service. In general, you should look through each blueprint item, and know where to quickly find whatever you need. If you are in a time crunch and can’t remember certain commands, you need to know how to find topics quickly in the docs. Familiarize yourself with the docs. Part of being a CCIE is being resourceful, so if you don’t know the answer, know where to look.
