One more hint for you Omotayo- look under ur ccm-manager  config and see if you 
spot anything.

Omotayo,

It seems you always ask question saying you configured X and it doesn't work 
any ideas?
This is no way to ask a question to the group. Please in  the future provide 
what steps you have done to resolve the problem and post your router config, or 
state you configuration in CUCM so we can understand what you are talking about.

Have you applied the SRST reference to the device pool.
Have you created ephone-dn and ephone under call-manager
Is the source address under call-manager-fallback is same as the SRST ref in 
CUCm.
