Hello, I have asked this question before but never really got an answer.
i have configured single number reach, when an extension calls hq hone 1 its also rings on its mobile number 2123942123( hq pstn number) whne the hq pstn picks. its give a RED button on hq phone 1 but does not show "Remote IN Use" on the phone. How can i get this to work thanks fo the anticipated response Regards
