TEAM DIRECTLY. All issues have been resolved - and everything that is
being reported has ended up being an end user error. Believe it or
not - many of our clients can't follow simple procedures - and
blasting this list (over and over and over and over) with the se
questions / topics is getting a bit annoying for me - and the other
list members.
