For the QoS on the 3750 switch would the following meet the requirements
1. Switchport egree priority queue -
2. Ensure input queue #1 is configured as priority input queue with 20% of
the bandwidth
3. Remaining bandwidth should be serviced by SRR equally

1. priority-queue out

2. mls qos srr-queue input cos-map queue 1 threshold 3 3 5
  mls qos srr-queue input cos-map queue 2 threshold 3 0

 Interface f1/0/2 - srr-queue bandwidth shape 5 0 0 0

CAT2970(config)#interface range GigabitEthernet0/1 - 28
CAT2970(config-if-range)# queue-set 1
! Assigns interface to Queue-Set 1 (default)
CAT2970(config-if-range)# srr-queue bandwidth share 1 70 25 5
! Q2 gets 70% of remaining BW; Q3 gets 25% and Q4 gets 5%
CAT2970(config-if-range)# srr-queue bandwidth shape 3 0 0 0
! Q1 is limited to 1/3 of the total available BW
CAT2970(config-if-range)# priority-queue out
! Q1 is enabled as a PQ
CAT2970(config-if-range)#end

3. interface f1/0/2 - srr-queue bandwidth share 1 33 33 33
