Has anyone had major issues connecting to ProctorLabs.com? I've been trying to re-connect for the last two hours and have had no success. I sent an email to supp...@proctorlabs.com, but I have not heard back from them. Does anyone know of a next step to follow to get things working?

Issues:
- I can access any page except proctorlabs.com
- If I have "mode network-extension" in my config, the IPSEC tunnel shuts down after 10 sec of being connected

I have reloaded my router and still no luck. I am doing this from home with no firewall restrictions on my end.
