After creating a SIP Dial Rule, the workbook states the following as a method for verification (p 124):
"...watch the traces to see if digits are being sent one at a time - or all together in one SIP INVITE message." Are they referring to the CUCM traces? If that's the case, what is the likelihood that we will have time to check that in the SDL/SDI messages? Have people made a habit of pulling logs from the servicability tool during the lab or do you just sort of hope that you understand the concept and forget about pulling logs?
