Hi, I am trying to integrate CUPS with CUCM. I am now facing this problem: I follow the steps in this Cisco guide:
http://www.ciscosystems.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cups/6_0_1/install_upgrade/deployment/guide/cupdg601.pdf When I finish the step: "Configure Phone Service for the Cisco IP PhoneMessenger" I about to do the next steps: "Subscribe Phones to the Cisco IP PhoneMessenger Service" However, when the "Subscribe/Unsubscribe Services" windows open, there is only one item "Intercom Calls" in the Service List, and there is not the PhoneMessenger service I added in the previous steps. I have been browsing solution for this but so far there is no clue. Could anyone help me ?
