Please check that your trunk and gw's aren't directly associated with any RP. If so point the RP to a emty RL and then you will have available devices to add to your RG. Later you can add the new RG's to the appropriate empty RL.

The devices BR1 GW and HQ Trunk and Br2 all is availble and registered and working fine. I reset the devices many times with no joy.
