Hi:

Check that the called number your are sending to pstn is formated as service
provider is expecting: number of digits and also number type (national,
internation, ...)

Use deb isdn q931 in case it is a pri circuit, or deb voip ccapi inout in case
it is a cas/analog circuit

If the number is not as sp is expecting check your route pattern/route list
digit manipulation, if you have a h323 gw then review your outgoing dial-peer
also

Subject: [OSL | CCIE_Voice] Out going call to PSTN is not going through

hi all,

Our VOIP network is running on CME 4.1, 2821 Router.
I have some problem only with the outgoing PSTN Calling.
i can do local and WAN IP Phone call. can receive any call.
when i call to any PSTN No. then i get voice message from PSTN service provider
that "please check the number or number does not exist"
if i change the router it is working fine on the same config. i am confused.
what is the probable problem...
please help....

Sanjib
