I get an "error contact system administrator" when I select Directories button than Personal Directory or Corporate Directory for that matter. (no ldap synchronization in place. Users have been added locally in UCM)
I have the URL from PUB to IP address for all services under Enterprise Parameters, the phone service for personal directory is the default setting and is enabled. Phones are 7965s I can access the user web page and edit the PAB but can't access from Phone. Looking for some direction on troubleshooting this. Thanks Jeff
