Looks like your ccm ran into code yellow.
You probably have a routing loop somewhere.

I checked in cisco web, this can cause by lots of hunt group and loop in Hunt group

How to disable the loop and make sure if no loop in Hunt Grup and VM ? (As I only config VM thru wizard)
