It is http://www.cisco.com/cisco/web/psa/default.html?mode=prod. Familiarize yourself with it. Go through the various labs and blueprint sections and know how to find the documentation for the topic you need assistance with. Matthew Berry has some good examples at www.ciscovoiceguru.com that you should look at. You can't search Cisco's website in the lab, but you can browse the documentation, find the PDFs and search them. I would suggest finding what you need within 30 seconds to be pretty good. Any longer than that means that you should either know the material better or know more specifically where to look. If you seem to need to look things up quite often, you probably aren't ready for the lab. Not that I would know from experience or any thing. :(
