Let me stress that I knew 1) for calling name, isdn outgoing display-ie 2) for + sign, translation-profile of outgoing calling number at POTS dial-peer before I posted the question
I am asking if any commands still missed such that the PSTN dropped the + and calling name. I am sure I have sent calling name and + to PSTN
