Thanks for your interest in putting me through, On opening CDR ananlysis and reporting page , i get a prompt that my MAIL ID has not been set and i will need a Domain to get that done. I think so far One of my challenges stems from accessing the CLI of proctor labs, i am used to doing that on other CUCM's but i have not been able to do that on proctor labs, i spoke to proctor labs support and they told me i am not allowed to access the CLI, access to the CLI will help me verify the veracity of my MOH solutions and also make a success of this CDR issue.
